  • Check-in starts: 4pm
    Check-out ends: 10am

  • March 1 - November 30: $190 - $275 per night

    December 1 - February 28: $150 - $235 per night

  • From 30 to 7 days of the date of your trip a 50% of the cost of your trip.

    Within 7 days of the date of your trip 100% of the cost of your trip.

    The majority of our guests are repeat clients. It is never our desire to take payment for services that are not received. When we book your dates, we turn away other clients. In the event we are able to re-book the lodging and or guides, there will be no cancellation fee. Our policy is consistent with industry standards.

  • Yes! Gift certificates are available, please contact us to purchase.

  • Float fishing trips are $350 for half days and $525 for full days. Half day trips are typically 4 hours on the river and lunch is not provided. Full day trips are typically 7-8 hours on the river. A great streamside lunch is provided. Water and drinks are provided on all of our trips.

  • Our accommodations are fully appointed. All linens are provided.

    As in any outdoor pursuit, you will want to dress in layers. Bring clothing for being outside in all types of weather depending on what time of year you are here with us.

    We provide all of the necessary equipment for our fishing trips. If you have your own, you are welcome to bring it as well.

  • Yes! The lodge is rented in its entirety in 24 hour blocks of time. Contact us for pricing.

    We also offer in house catering, and floral services.

  • Besides world-class fly fishing opportunities, our neck of eastern Tennessee is home to challenging white water rapids and kayaking, beautiful hiking and back-road cycling, scenic golf, plentiful shopping, NASCAR's legendary Bristol Motor Speedway, and tons of season festivals.

    So, come to fish but between hatches feel free to enjoy the abundance of the Appalachian activities.
